A recent project involved succession planning and reinvention and the transition of a business from one national brand to another in the process.

The owner wanted to divide her consulting practice from her lending practice. Along with this she had recently negotiated a brand transition through a new lending partner. These two business exchanges combined led to a perfect opportunity to re-brand and separate the two revenue streams into individual businesses that could eventually be sold.

It was to be a turn-key solution. All aspects of the brand change, logo, signage, website, e-mail and training for example were for us to manage on her behalf. The result not only was a fresh look and clean break from the former business, months later she was able to sell her lending business to one of her employees and move forward with a new career path.
